Questions before you buy
How are IconSpot icons made?
Every icon is art-directed against a curated reference library, then reviewed by hand before it reaches the store: how it reads at 48 pixels, whether the colour survives a dark home screen, whether the shape still works under the App Store mask. Candidates that fail any of that are deleted rather than listed. What you buy is one that came through the selection, prepared for production.

What do I get for $49?
A ZIP with the 1024×1024 PNG for the App Store, the 512×512 PNG for Google Play, five smaller sizes down to 32 pixels, a short README and the licence for your order. Flattened, opaque sRGB, full square canvas — exactly what the stores expect at upload.
Can I use the icon commercially?
Yes. The standard licence is worldwide, perpetual and commercial: use the icon as the app icon of any product you build or own, on any platform, in your store listings and your advertising. No attribution, no recurring fee.
Will another app end up with the same icon?
Under the standard licence it can: the icon stays on sale, so other buyers may licence it too. If that matters for your product, the exclusive buyout is the answer — see below.
What is the exclusive buyout?
For $225 the icon is removed from IconSpot permanently and is never sold or licensed to anyone else again. It is offered only while the icon has never been sold, so whoever buys it is its only licensee. That is a contractual undertaking IconSpot controls and keeps.
Can I register the icon as a trademark?
The exclusive buyout is what makes that plausible, because nobody else can obtain the icon. Whether a mark is actually registrable depends on how you use it and on what marks already exist, so clearance and registration remain your side of the work — run a search before you file.
How fast is delivery?
Immediate. Checkout is a one-time payment, the download link is on the confirmation page and in your email, and the files are ready for upload as they are.
